Pricing
We do not reprint prices. They change too often for that to be honest, and a number on our page with no date is worse than sending you to the source.
How we rated it
What it is
A platform for building voice agents that handle phone calls: speech recognition, a model, text-to-speech and telephony stitched together with the interruption handling already solved.
Who it is for
Teams automating phone calls — booking, qualification, first-line support — who do not want to assemble four services themselves.
Where it is strongest
Inbound calls with a narrow purpose. Booking an appointment or answering an opening-hours question works well; the scope is what makes it work.
Where it falls short
Callers work out it is a machine quickly, and some hang up on principle. Anything outside the script falls apart. Per-minute pricing across several underlying services makes the true cost hard to predict. And call recording law varies by country and is your problem.
Our verdict
Recommended for narrow, high-volume calls. Say it is automated and make reaching a person easy — the goodwill you lose by hiding it costs more than the calls you save.
