Who it is for
Teams who want to know what people do in their product, and would rather have one tool than five subscriptions.
Where it is strongest
Finding where people drop out. A funnel plus the recordings of the sessions that failed answers in an hour what guessing never will.
Where it falls short
The breadth means every individual piece is good rather than best. Event volume pricing surprises people. And it collects personal data, so it needs a proper look at consent and retention before you switch it on.
Our verdict
Recommended, particularly the generous free tier. For a site with no traffic yet it is premature — get visitors first, then ask what they did.
