Who it is for
European companies past the point where HR runs on spreadsheets.
Where it is strongest
European HR administration. It fits local leave rules, contract types and works-council expectations in a way the American platforms do not.
Where it falls short
Priced for companies rather than small teams, with annual contracts. Implementation is a project. And outside Europe it is the wrong tool.
Our verdict
Recommended for European companies of a certain size. Below about twenty-five people, it is more administration than it removes.
