Who it is for
Shop owners on Shopify or WooCommerce who want the standard lifecycle mail working this week.
Where it is strongest
Abandoned cart recovery. It is the flow with the clearest return, and having it pre-built and connected is most of the value.
Where it falls short
Only makes sense with a shop attached; outside e-commerce it is the wrong tool. SMS is billed separately and gets expensive quietly. And the templates look like e-commerce templates, which is fine until you want a brand.
Our verdict
Recommended for online shops. For anything else, a general email tool does more for less.
