Pricing
We do not reprint prices. They change too often for that to be honest, and a number on our page with no date is worse than sending you to the source.
How we rated it
What it is
Documents, databases, wikis and task boards in one workspace, with an AI assistant that can write and summarise inside your own pages.
Who it is for
Small teams and solo operators who would otherwise have a wiki, a task tool and a spreadsheet, and would keep three of them half-updated.
Where it is strongest
Being the place everything lives. Its value is consolidation, not any single feature — the content calendar, the client list and the meeting notes linking to each other.
Where it falls short
Slow on large workspaces, and noticeably so on mobile. Offline access is poor. And the flexibility invites people to build elaborate systems nobody maintains — a Notion workspace is as often a graveyard as a tool.
Our verdict
Recommended, with a caveat: its worth depends entirely on whether the team actually uses it. Buy it to replace three tools, not to add a fourth.
