Where it is strongest
Dutch and Belgian checkout. If most of your buyers expect iDEAL, offering it well matters more than anything else on this list.
Where it falls short
Thinner outside Europe. Fewer features around subscriptions and tax than Stripe. And the ecosystem of libraries and examples is much smaller, so you solve more problems alone.

Recommended for European sellers, especially Dutch ones. Selling globally in dollars? Stripe fits better.
