Pricing
We do not reprint prices. They change too often for that to be honest, and a number on our page with no date is worse than sending you to the source.
How we rated it
What it is
Contract management across the whole life of a contract: drafting from templates, negotiation in the browser, approval, signature, and a searchable repository afterwards.
Who it is for
Companies with enough contracts that finding and tracking them has become a problem.
Where it is strongest
Knowing what you have agreed to. A searchable repository with renewal dates prevents the specific failure where nobody notices an auto-renewal until after it happened.
Where it falls short
Priced for companies with legal functions. Setup requires legal input to get the templates right. And it is more than most small businesses need, who manage fine with folders and a calendar.
Our verdict
Recommended once contract volume is genuinely a problem. Before that, a disciplined folder and a diary entry do the same job.
