Pricing
We do not reprint prices. They change too often for that to be honest, and a number on our page with no date is worse than sending you to the source.
How we rated it
What it is
Customer messaging and support: live chat, a help centre, product tours and an AI agent that resolves common questions before a human sees them.
Who it is for
Software companies with enough support volume that deflection is worth paying for.
Where it is strongest
Automated first-line support. Their AI agent genuinely resolves a meaningful share of routine questions, which is the one thing that changes support economics.
Where it falls short
Expensive, and the pricing model has changed in ways that caught customers out. Overkill for low volume. And an AI agent that cannot help is more frustrating than a slow human — the escape route to a person has to be obvious.
Our verdict
Recommended at real support volume where deflection pays for itself. Below that, Help Scout or Crisp do the job for a fraction of the cost.
