CUSTOMER SUPPORT & HELPDESK

Paid links. We earn a commission if you buy through links on this page. It never changes our ranking — see how we rank.
Pricing
We do not reprint prices. They change too often for that to be honest, and a number on our page with no date is worse than sending you to the source.
How we rated it
What it is
A shared inbox and help desk built to feel like email rather than a ticketing system, with a knowledge base, saved replies and reporting.
Who it is for
Small support teams who want shared visibility without their customers receiving ticket numbers.
Where it is strongest
Support for a company where the relationship matters. Customers get a normal reply from a person, and the team still gets assignment, history and reporting.
Where it falls short
Fewer automation features than Zendesk or Intercom, deliberately. It does not scale comfortably to a large support organisation. And per-user pricing hurts when occasional helpers need access.
Our verdict
Recommended for small teams who care how support feels. At volume, the heavier platforms earn their complexity.
Editorial assessment. We earn a commission on some links; it does not change the ranking.
