What it is
Google's business suite: mail on your own domain, documents, spreadsheets, storage, video calls and administration, with Gemini available across it.
Who it is for
Almost any small business that needs professional email and shared documents without running a server.
Where it is strongest
Collaborative documents. Several people editing one file without versions ending in -final-v3 is still the thing Google got right first and best.
Where it falls short
Per-user pricing adds up and the useful storage sits in higher tiers. Offline work is workable rather than good. And you are deeply committed to one company for mail, files and identity at once.
Our verdict
Recommended as the default for small businesses. Microsoft 365 is the alternative, and the right answer is usually whichever your accountant and your clients already use.
