Who it is for
Larger organisations where knowledge is scattered across many systems and nobody can find anything.
Where it is strongest
Finding what the company already knows. In a big organisation the answer usually exists somewhere, and the cost is the time spent not finding it.
Where it falls short
Enterprise pricing and a real implementation project. It inherits your permissions, so badly configured access becomes a search problem — and that is often discovered the hard way. Below a few hundred people the problem is not big enough to justify it.
