We do not reprint prices. They change too often for that to be honest, and a number on our page with no date is worse than sending you to the source.
How we rated it
What it is
Joins your calls, records and transcribes them, and produces a summary with action points. Integrates with the main CRMs so the notes end up against the deal rather than in a folder.
Who it is for
People in sales and customer calls all day who need the record to land somewhere useful without anyone typing it up.
Where it is strongest
Sales calls where the summary has to reach the CRM. The CRM integration is the difference between notes that exist and notes that get used.
Where it falls short
Summaries miss what was implied rather than said, which in sales is often the important part. Accuracy drops on accents and when people talk over each other. And a bot visibly joining the call changes how some people speak.
Our verdict
Recommended for call-heavy roles, with the usual condition: tell people it is recording. Treat the summary as a draft, not as minutes.
