Where it is strongest
Contracts that matter. The audit trail is the product — not the convenience of signing on a phone, but being able to prove who signed what and when.
Where it falls short
Expensive relative to the newer alternatives, and the per-envelope limits catch people out. More features than most users need. And the interface shows its age next to competitors.
Our verdict
Recommended where the legal weight matters, which is what you are paying for. For low-stakes internal approvals, cheaper tools are fine.
