What it is

A CRM for teams who sell by calling and emailing: built-in phone, power dialling, sequences and reporting focused on activity rather than record-keeping.

Who it is for

Inside sales teams who make a lot of outbound calls and want the phone inside the CRM.

Where it is strongest

High-volume outbound calling. Having the dialler, the notes and the follow-up in one window removes the switching that eats a calling day.

Where it falls short

Built for one way of selling; if your sales are long, consultative and rarely on the phone, most of it is unused. Expensive per seat. And marketing features are essentially absent.

Our verdict

Recommended for outbound calling teams, where it is clearly the right shape. For anything else it is an expensive phone system attached to a mediocre CRM.
