Paid links. We earn a commission if you buy through links on this page. It never changes our ranking — see how we rank.
Pricing
We do not reprint prices. They change too often for that to be honest, and a number on our page with no date is worse than sending you to the source.
How we rated it
What it is
Work management that tries to cover everything: tasks, documents, goals, whiteboards, time tracking and chat, highly configurable.
Who it is for
Teams who want one tool instead of four and are willing to spend time configuring it.
Where it is strongest
Consolidation. If you are paying for a task tool, a wiki and a time tracker, this genuinely replaces all three.
Where it falls short
The configurability is the problem — a badly set-up ClickUp is worse than a simple list, and most are badly set up. It has been historically slow, and the sheer number of features makes onboarding people hard.
Our verdict
Recommended when consolidation is worth real setup effort. If you want something a team adopts without training, Asana or Linear ask far less.
Editorial assessment. We earn a commission on some links; it does not change the ranking.
