Pricing

We do not reprint prices. They change too often for that to be honest, and a number on our page with no date is worse than sending you to the source.

What it is

A CRM built like a flexible database: you model your own objects and relationships rather than accepting a fixed contacts-and-deals structure, with email and calendar synced in.

Who it is for

Teams whose business does not fit a standard sales pipeline — investors, agencies, marketplaces, anyone tracking relationships rather than deals.

Where it is strongest

Relationship tracking that is not a sales funnel. If you have tried to force a normal CRM into your model and lost, this is the one that bends.

Where it falls short

Flexibility means setup work, and a badly modelled Attio is worse than a rigid CRM. Fewer integrations than the established players. And it is young, so some things are still missing.

Our verdict

Recommended when standard CRMs do not fit your model. If a pipeline describes your business accurately, Pipedrive is simpler and cheaper.
