We do not reprint prices. They change too often for that to be honest, and a number on our page with no date is worse than sending you to the source.
How we rated it
What it is
Product analytics: what users do inside your product, funnels, retention, cohorts and experimentation, built for understanding behaviour rather than traffic.
Who it is for
Product teams with enough users that behaviour patterns mean something.
Where it is strongest
Retention and funnel analysis. Finding where people drop out of a product, and whether a change helped, is what it is for and it is good at it.
Where it falls short
Needs a deliberate event-tracking plan up front; instrument it carelessly and the data answers nothing. Costs scale with event volume and surprise people. And it is overkill below a few thousand active users.
Our verdict
Recommended for products with real usage and a team to act on the findings. Early on, talking to ten users beats any dashboard.
