Pricing
We do not reprint prices. They change too often for that to be honest, and a number on our page with no date is worse than sending you to the source.
How we rated it
What it is
A database that looks like a spreadsheet: typed fields, links between tables, several views of the same data, and automations and interfaces on top.
Who it is for
Teams whose spreadsheet has become load-bearing and started to break — duplicate rows, broken formulas, nobody sure which copy is current.
Where it is strongest
Structured operational data that several people touch: a content calendar, an inventory, a pipeline, where the relationships between records matter.
Where it falls short
Per-user pricing adds up for a whole team. Record limits arrive sooner than you expect. And it is not a real database — at scale or with complex queries you will feel the ceiling.
Our verdict
Recommended as the step up from a spreadsheet. If you need a genuine database, this is a detour; if you need a shared, structured list, it is the right answer.
Editorial assessment. We earn a commission on some links; it does not change the ranking.
