Pricing
We do not reprint prices. They change too often for that to be honest, and a number on our page with no date is worse than sending you to the source.
How we rated it
What it is
A command-line coding assistant that edits files in your git repository directly, making commits as it goes, working with whichever model you choose.
Who it is for
Developers comfortable in a terminal who want model-assisted editing without changing editor.
Where it is strongest
Changes across several files in a repository with good git hygiene. Every change is a commit, so reverting is trivial — which is what makes it safe to let it try things.
Where it falls short
Terminal only, with a learning curve. You pay for model usage separately and it adds up on large repositories. And it needs supervision: it will confidently restructure something you did not want restructured.
Our verdict
Recommended for terminal-based developers, and the git-commit-per-change design is genuinely good. Review every diff — speed is not the same as correctness.
Editorial assessment. We earn a commission on some links; it does not change the ranking.
