Pricing
We do not reprint prices. They change too often for that to be honest, and a number on our page with no date is worse than sending you to the source.
How we rated it
What it is
Adobe's generative image tools, trained on licensed and public-domain material, built into Photoshop and the rest of Creative Cloud as well as standing alone.
Who it is for
Designers already in Adobe's tools, and businesses that need to be able to say where their training data came from.
Where it is strongest
Generative fill inside Photoshop — extending a background, removing an object — where the generation is one step in real editing rather than the whole job.
Where it falls short
Raw image quality trails the leaders. Generations cost credits that run out mid-project. And outside Creative Cloud there is little reason to choose it.
Our verdict
Recommended if you already pay Adobe or if the provenance of the training data matters commercially. On image quality alone, others are ahead.
